World-Class Low Voltage Systems

A leading manufacturer of Low Voltage Switchgear Systems (PCC's) in the region utilising world-renowned elements from Terasaki Japan and other Alliance members. All equipment type-tested at IPH Germany certified by ASTA to IEC 60439-1 & IEC 60439-2.

It is also a leading manufacturer of state-of-art Low Voltage Intelligent Withdraw-able Motor Control Centres (iMCC's) utilising technology under license from IDS-Technology Germany. All equipment type-tested at IPH Germany certified by ASTA to IEC 60439-1 & IEC 60439-2.

We assemble enclosures range to suit various applications from communication to power. These are flexible in configuration and of IP rating up to IP 56. Solutions can be customised to suit the need of the customer.

Advanced Control System Solutions

PLC's or programmable logic controllers lies at the heart of control systems engineering. Our extensive knowledge and experience enables us to integrate PLC's with new or existing plant equipment. Over the years, we have developed links with major technology suppliers such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB, and many more. We are able to program small PLC's up to large multi-rack configurations with several hundred I/O and man machine interfaces, SCADA, operator interfaces and remote control systems using the latest communications technology. We offer complete architecture design solutions that includes everything from field instrument such as actuator and flow meters, asset management, condition monitoring, maintenance systems, and historian to real-time data analysis.

Cellmec offers comprehensive in-house SCADA system solutions that include software design, programming, testing, installation and commissioning. We are fully conversant with a vast range of SCADA platforms, including Wonderware and LabView, and we can provide both small stand-alone solutions as well as large complex network architecture solutions for major projects.

With a dedicated experience of over 30 years, you have a single source for all your mechanical and electrical equipment.

Our state of the art engineering facility has the capabilities to rebuild up to 16 cylinder diesel engines & refurbishment of pumps and other rotary equipments. Our mechanical expertise allows us to take on jobs that are not only limited to the products above. We also specialise in related fabrication works.

EPC Division

Complete Engineering, Procurement & Construction

Cellmec EPC division is registered with the Ministry of Electricity and Water as a "Class A" contractor since the last 20 years and is licensed to undertake unlimited kVA projects both in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage. As such, this division has a reference list of many industrial and domestic projects carried out in Bahrain.

Cellmec is also a "Class A" mechanical contractor with the Ministry of Works, Bahrain and has undertaken many crucial installations and rehabilitation projects in the wastewater, sewerage pumping stations, sewage treatment plants and sludge plants.

Cellmec EPC division offers the full package including design, fabrication, installation and commissioning.

Cellmec is also approved at Ministry of Electricity as an MTC (Measured Term Contracts) contractor licensed to undertake testing, maintenance and upgrading of LV-MV network installations.

Cellmec is provider of ITS installations & traffic lights in cooperation with Siemens Mobility UK.

Cellmec is also proficient in facility management and, for years, have played their role in supporting Formula 1 Circuit, TSE Networks, and Major & Minor Pumping Stations, including operation and maintenance of allied systems, to the satisfaction of the relevant authorities.
